Job Summary and Qualifications As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge Nurse) in the Float Pool, you will exemplifies professional nursing practice through expert clinical practice, strong leadership skills, and management activities. You will serve as a resource to the nursing staff and mentors staff in development of nursing skills and practice. With our location right off I-25 we see all gestations and have the capability and resources to deliver, stabilize and transport. We also have 3 triage beds and 2 OR suites. We are doing around 100 deliveries a month and continuing to grow. With the addition of Kaiser we anticipate we will double our census and deliveries. Exciting times at St. Anthony North!
