Assesses the health status of patients/families by means of comprehensive health history and physical examination. 2. OR Has a Collaborative Relationship with a physician based on employment in clinical practice in the NP role at Mount Sinai Hospital. If there is a documented work history as a Nurse Practitioner with greater than 3600 practice hours.
