What We Offer As an RN Case Manager at Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center, you will serve as a leader of the complex discharge planning process and a valued member of the healthcare team. You will support the needs of the team during the shift you are working, allowing you to build relationships throughout the entire hospital. While you can pick up hours any day of the week, weekday availability is especially needed at this time.
