JOB PURPOSE: As part of PruittHealth’s (PH) top initiatives, a new division of Personal Care Services (PCS), PH Family First, is being piloted metro Atlanta market. PH Family First is looking to hire a CNA to join a winning team, to assist the patient and caregiver with personal hygiene needs to increase the level of comfort to the patient. The position combines the activities of direct and indirect patient care and provides direct care to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. The Staff Nurse directs CHHAs and CNAs in patient care tasks, performs patient assessments, develops patient care plans, evaluates the plan effectiveness, modifies it as appropriate and documents all patient care provided.
