Job Overview Ebenezer is seeking a Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA/NAR) to support our residents in our Ebenezer Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care)! This role provides hands on care and patient support services for our adult short stay patients at our spacious care center TCU in Edina, MN. Aurora on France is a new, innovative senior community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Patient assignment varies based on acuity, Med/Surg or IMC. Manages sophisticated medication and infusion therapies Cares for patient undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures/interventions on the unit. About This Position The RN, Urgency Center is a health care provider responsible for providing individualized care to patients and their families according to established standards, policies and procedures: assessment; nursing diagnosis; outcome identification; planning; implementation; and evaluation.
