SUMMARY: SUMMARY: The nurse navigator will handle all new incoming referrals for the cancer center. They will make the first contact with the patient, schedule appointment, order additional testing and prepare the patient information for the providers appointment. The nurse navigator will collaborate with the providers to ensure the patients first appointment is timely, all information is available including outside testing and other needs.
