Department/Unit: Medical/Surgical Hospitalist - E4 Work Shift: Night (United States of America) Salary Range: $88,192.00 - $136,697.60 The clinical Nurse contributes to the creation of a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families and colleagues through displays of kindness and active listening. Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures and special tests, and document treatment as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations. Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions. Assesses and evaluates patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered. Applies sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions. Provides primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses. Administers over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered. Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients. Livingston Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, located in Southern Columbia County, is looking for dedicated, caring, and knowledgable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Care Team! We are offering a generous sign on bonus for any LPN hired for full and part time! DUTIES: Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted. Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature. Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed. Treating and dressing wounds as needed. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs). Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene. Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output. REQUIREMENTS: Valid LPN license Must be in good standing with State Registry Must be able to work as a team member 
Livingston Hills Rehabilitation & NCC is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility located in Hudson, NY. Our residents are both short term rehabilitation and long term care residents. We are looking for fun, energetic, motivated, dedicated and dynamic staff for our recreation department. RN Unit Manager Duties: Assess resident's clinical needs. Handle all supervisory duties for the unit. Mentor less experienced nurses. Establish the standards of care for the unit. Review Resident records & quality of care. Address questions brought forward by Residents and their families. Represent the unit's interests with the upper-level management. Requirements: Long Term Care Experience Preferred, but we will train the right graduate nurse. Must hold valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse License in NYS or be eligible for reciprocity.
