Ensure the client’s safety during transportation, assisting with getting in and out of vehicles if necessary. Maintain a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle. As a member of the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) health care team, this position participates in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities that enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations.
