Responsibilities Our Registered Nurses (RN) are responsible for the delivery and supervision of patient care through the nursing processes of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
