One year experience required as an Advanced Practice Practitioner Practitioner Certificate/Physician Assistant Certificate is required. Formulate diagnoses based on clinical assessments and establish appropriate/ timely treatment plans. Qualifications Nurse Practitioner: Masters of Science Degree in Nursing is required. Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Nurse Practitioner is required. Current Massachusetts R.N. registration is required. Nurse Practitioner Certificate is required.
