Working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, the nurse is responsible for implementing physician orders, assessing patient needs, monitoring patient progress, and delivering evidence-based care with professionalism and compassion. This role involves caring for patients in the inpatient/Med-Surg Unit and requires strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
