The RN Nurse Manager consults with staff, physicians, and Chief Clinical Officer on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met. The RN Nurse Manager ensures nursing staff follows policy and procedures, participates in the investigation and preparation of reports. The RN Nurse Manager ensures adequate staffing for nursing units. The RN Nurse Manager has authority and responsibility for implementing the Standards of Nursing Practice related to all nursing care areas and functions. The RN Nurse Manager acts as the administrative representative in the absence of Chief Clinical Officer. Nurse Manager, Director of Nursing, RN Manager, Nursing Manager, RN Unit Manager, Clinical Manager, Med Surg Manager, Hospital Nurse Manager Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree required.
