Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with medically complex individuals. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations Current and valid State RN License in good standing. Current CPR / First Aid certification. Valid driver’s license, active car registration, and auto insurance (required for providing participant transportation). Physical Requirements & Safety Physical Strength: Heavy Work. This position requires exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds constantly to safely move objects and support individual care. Bloodborne Pathogens: This role involves tasks that carry a potential exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues; standard clinical precautions and training are an expectation of employment.
