Job Details REGISTERED NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES : Coordinates a patient-focused team in providing direct and collaborative health care in a variety of clinical settings designed to promote and restore optimal health across the life span. Utilizes all components of the nursing process in providing care that reflects an understanding of individual cultural and religious diversities and needs, and recognition of patient rights. Utilizes knowledge and expertise in case management provide comprehensive, coordinated, seamless care to individuals and aggregate groups. Coordinates, integrates and facilitates the patient/provider relationship. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Current New York State RN License required. BLS and ACLS required. One year med/surg experience and one year of specialty experience preferred. ANA certification or certification from appropriate agency in specialty preferred. Ability to operate all equipment and EMR systems found in care center as necessary to perform all prescribed duties. Ability to handle information with strict confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary Range USD $55.13 - USD $64.36 /Hr. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
