The Charge Nurse will coordinate the delivery of patient care by determining staffing needs and making patient assignments by choosing the right assignment for the right person. The Charge Nurse will ensure that all patients receive timely, safe, effective and high quality care. They coordinate the patients plan of care with the bedside nurse.
