Position Overview: SYNERGY HomeCare of Lee-Pontotoc County is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide essential, hands-on care for clients in their homes during night shifts (5P-5A). This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to supporting clients’ dignity, comfort, and independence. Job Summary The Nursing Assistant/Unit Coordinator at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for providing routine patient care, coordinating nursing unit activities to support effective and and positive patient experience. This role engages strong organizational and communication skills to complete clerical and administrative duties, support inventory and document management, maintain accurate records, and facilitate information and communication across a range of stakeholder groups such as physicians, patients, and visitors to promote overall smooth and effective operational function. Assists with all admissions, discharges, transfers and changes within the unit utilizing the electronic patient tracking system and electronic medical record.
