The office nurse will provide clinical support to the physician as needed and will provide direct nursing care to patients. Duties include performing as a member of the team and assisting in the administration and maintenance of an efficiently operated clinic. Maternal Health Nurse Navigator

In response to identified needs, the Maternal and Child Nurse Leader will reduce local disparities in maternal and infant health outcomes, through education, screenings and community resource referral and clinical care. Responsible for organizing and managing the patient care delivery and team members on a specific patient care unit for the total numbers of hours that the unit is operational. Pay Transparency Disclosure: Compensation listed represents the base range for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). Rates for individuals hired as Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are currently between $22.03- 33.70/ hr. , based on directly related experience, skills, education, internal equity, and other job-related factors. This position will be located at Shenandoah Valley Orthopedics and provide clinical support to the provider as needed and will provide direct care to patients. Duties include performing as a member of the team and assisting in the administration and maintenance of an efficiently operated clinic.
