OVERVIEW This nursing leadership role supports the Manager/Clinical Leader in overseeing staff performance, development, scheduling, and operations while meeting budget, productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction goals. The position serves as a mentor and role model for nursing staff, builds strong relationships with physicians and colleagues, and promotes continuous improvement, patient safety, exceptional service, and professional nursing development.
