What You Bring to the Table: Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent and Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant Program Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) – Required at time of hire and must be maintained. Certification: Current BLS Certification (or ability to obtain before starting). Knowledge & Skills - Knowledge of POCT, Immunizations, and Injections – You’ll be giving shots like a pro! Strong Problem-Solving Skills – You think on your feet and adapt quickly. Excellent Organization & Time Management – You keep things running like a well-oiled machine. Customer Service Rockstar – Patients feel comfortable and cared for in your hands. Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft applications and EMR systems. Radiology Certification (if applicable) – If the role requires X-ray functions, you must have radiology training from your MA program or a validated competency checklist. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) From conducting assessments and collecting patient data to administering medications and documenting care, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent healthcare. Job Description​ The Opportunity: We are hiring a full-time RN for our Infusion Clinic Float Pool team. This is a day shift position. This position will float between all of our 4 main locations. These locations are at the Plaza, Lee's Summit, North Kansas City and Overland Park. The Work: In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures. Strong time management, teamwork, communication and multi-tasking skills are important to be successful in this position. Previous experience with infusion strongly preferred.
