Answers call bells as soon as possible. Makes rounds frequently. Reports need for repair and safety matters to charge nurse. To Ascertain Vital Signs Follows procedure in taking TPR correctly. Adheres to the proper procedure for cleaning thermometers/IVAC. Rehabilitation Assists in ambulation, transfers, ROM exercises and good body alignment where indicated. Uses adaptive devices properly. Cooperates with all rehab disciplines. Keeps accountability sheets up to date with signatures as required. Testing of Urine and Collecting of Specimens Has knowledge of proper procedure.
