Key Responsibilities Lead regional clinical reimbursement strategy to optimize revenue and ensure accuracy Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to MDS, Medicare, and billing Oversee ARD scheduling, MDS completion timelines, and documentation integrity Chair regional reimbursement and revenue-focused meetings Provide education, mentorship, and guidance to MDS Coordinators and IDT members Support interviews, onboarding, and ongoing education for MDS leadership Serve as a subject matter expert during audits, denials, and operational transitions Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in VA.
