The Certified Nursing Assistant will interact directly with patients, providing comfort, monitoring their vital signs, and assisting with daily living needs. We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic individual to be a vital link between our patients and the nurses and other team members. CNA Responsibilities Certified Nursing Assistants assist with daily living activities. Responsibilities include : Oversee the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patient Monitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplines Ensure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders Review of patient visits weekly and providing plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visits Inform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicates caseload and patient care issues to Home Care Supervisor Home Health RN Requirements BLS (Basic Life Support) RN (Registered Nurse) License Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire) Required Associate's or Diploma Nursing Required 1 year Registered Nurse Preferred Bachelor's Nursing Preferred 1 year Home Care This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
