About this Job: General Summary of Position Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Technician (PCT) the Nursing Assistant Apprentice performs delegated patient care activities in consideration with the developmental needs of each patient. Extern experience gained in this unit can provide a build pathway into critical care and/or a cardiac specialty as you grow into your nursing career. Gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside an experienced RN mentor and interdisciplinary care team. For at least 50% of your clinical time, you will receive one-on-one mentorship, coaching, and support to help build your clinical skills, critical thinking, and confidence as a future nurse.
