Educates/trains/follow up and re-train staff on procedures or equipment as needed. In conjunction and collaboration with the Physician Practice leadership and office site leaders, acts as a clinical and administrative liaison for clinical staff to ensure smooth, efficient clinical operations and a collaborative team environment. In conjunction and collaboration with the Physician Practice leadership, provides constructive coaching and performance feedback to clinical staff regarding workflow improvement/efficiency as needed.
