Job Description: Maya Home Care is seeking a dynamic and driven Home Care Director of Nursing to join our team. The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the overall clinical management, supervision, and coordination of nursing services provided by the agency. Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, orientation, and retention of clinical staff. Conduct performance evaluations and competency assessments. Responsibilities Assists in development, implementation, and evaluation of standards of care and professional practice in collaboration with members of the health care team and in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory agency requirements.
