Job Summary and Responsibilities As a CNA/Patient Care Assistant (PCA), you will be a central figure on our patient care team, providing direct, compassionate, hands-on support to patients and assisting nurses and other healthcare professionals. You will play a vital role in ensuring patient comfort, safety, and a supportive healing environment. Every day, you will expertly perform basic patient care duties like taking vital signs, assisting with ADLs, monitoring and documenting patient intake/output, and collecting specimens. You will also maintain patient rooms, transport patients and equipment, and promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff, adhering strictly to safety protocols and infection control.
