Documentation in the medical record reflects appropriate interventions are used for optimal and ongoing pain and symptom management Maintains communication with the community physicians/ hospice medical team Identifies educational needs and provides appropriate training to patient/family. Works as assigned to assist in providing direct patient care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays Meets or Exceeds productivity standards for assigned position Maintains all company owned equipment in good working order Participates in orientation, supervision and education of new employees as assigned.
