Manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), vasoactive infusions, arterial lines, central venous catheters, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, recognize subtle changes in condition, and initiate timely interventions using evidence-based critical care practices. Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, case managers, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care. Respond rapidly to medical emergencies while utilizing critical thinking and advanced clinical judgment.
