Experience: One year experience in a healthcare field. Job Summary: Delegate assignments to team members based on complexity, staff education and competency. Administer medication, IV therapy, and nursing policies. Make rounds on new admits as well as any issues. Evaluate staffing based on census and make changes accordingly.
