Rehab Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care in a collaborative rehabilitation environment. As an Inpatient Rehab RN, you will play a critical role in supporting patients through their recovery journey while working alongside physicians, therapists, case managers, and multidisciplinary care teams. What you will do: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for rehabilitation patients. Monitor patient progress and identify changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards. Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to support individualized rehabilitation goals. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, recovery expectations, medications, and discharge planning. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards. Advocate for patients and promote a positive, healing environment. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact state licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within established timeframe. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
