JOB SUMMARY Plan, direct, or coordinate the daily patient/resident care activities in a clinical environment. Ensure adherence to established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards. The Nurse Manager has the 24-hour responsibility and is accountable for nursing practice in his/her patient care/resident unit.
