Job Description Responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Monitors patients, administers medications, keeps records, consults with healthcare providers, educates patients and more. Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments. Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
