Responsibilities The Clinical Partner (Medical Assistant) will assist Harmony Cares Primary Care Physician, Nurse Practitioners and Clinical Teams in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting. SUMMARY: The P articipant Care Associate (PCA), provides supportive services to the participant; including but not limited to in the home or community setting, during transport and on appointments, or and in the day health center. The PCA’s responsibilities for each participant are specified in the PCA/CNA Care Plan.
