Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides direct supervision and monitoring of the nursing care given to our residents on a daily basis ensuring required documentation is completed. Attends and participates in “at risk” meetings, morning clinical meetings, QAPI meetings, safety meetings, and care plan meetings.
