Regional Assessment Nurse Salary $80,000 - $100,000 Location - Rockland & Orange Counties Position Summary: This position is to be filled with a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned UAS assessments, LHCSA assessments, quarterly aide supervisions and all associated documentation. Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in New York State, and have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferably in the Assisted Living, Long Term Care or Geriatric fields. Reasoning Ability: Must have ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Other Skills and Abilities: Intermediate computer skills required. Microsoft word and Excel a plus.
