Patient & Caregiver Education: Teaching patients and families how to manage wounds at home, prevent future injuries, manage infection risk, and handle equipment. Documentation & Collaboration: Maintaining accurate electronic health records, updating care plans, and collaborating with physicians, vascular specialists, and other care team members. Diabetic Foot Care: Performing routine foot assessments and preventive care for patients with diabetes. Clinical Equipment Management: Safely operating, cleaning, and managing inventory for specialized wound care equipment and supplies.
