Organizes/coordinates subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments. Oversees/monitors function and activities of subordinate staff. Evaluate staff performance and institutes appropriate action discipline/training. Monitor’s infection control compliance. Investigates/documents accidents/incidents. Other duties as assigned.
