Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs) Education: Graduate of an accredited vocational program, community college, or university in the field of health sciences or a student in a health science program that required clinical experience for advancement; or completion of an MA program that did not require a clinical externship; or completion of a healthcare vocational program with a patient facing component; or completion of the CTA apprentice program, or equivalent relevant clinical patient facing experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
