Our Level II Trauma Intensive Care/Critical Care Unit is a fast-paced, 20-bed unit that provides patient- and family-centered care for a variety of high-acuity patients including post-cardiothoracic surgery, neurovascular interventions, ventilated patients, traumas, continuous renal replacement therapy, post-cardiac arrest care, and more. The Critical Care unit's multidisciplinary team consists of highly skilled RNs, Critical Care Technicians, Advanced Practice Nurses, Intensivists, Pharmacists, Respiratory Therapists, Health Unit Coordinators, and other support staff. What's Available: Part-time, 48 hours biweekly (0.6 FTE). As a CNA-NAR you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives. Responsibilities The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system. The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks. Qualifications Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity Must have good communication skills Must be able to read, write and communicate in English BLS Certification.
