The In Home Services CNA is responsible for providing routine care and assisting participants or clients with activities of daily living, restorative and supportive care. The Day Center CNA ( Certified Nurse Assistant) works at our Adult Day Health Center assisting participants with ADLs (activities of daily living) and providing both restorative and supportive care. Follow the care plan and assist participants with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, eating, and toileting. Document care provided in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and applicable regulations.
