What You’ll Do Strategic & Operational Leadership Develop and manage an integrated plan for areas of responsibility that implements the North Puget Sound Service Area’s strategic and operational plan, with established key performance indicators. The Infusion for Health Nurse Practitioner Manager will play a crucial role in providing clinical leadership, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring high-quality patient care within multiple ambulatory infusion centers. Medical Assistant - Neurosurgical Care

$24.91 - $39.85 / hour
Wage Range: $24.91 - $39.85 per hour - MA State Certified Wage Range: $27.45 - $43.92 per hour - Nationally Certified Bonus: Up to $5,000 for those new to EvergreenHealth and a minimum of one year of experience. Bonus: Up to $2,500 for new MA graduates. Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. Job Summary: Responsible for assisting providers in delivering quality patient care and promoting a culture of safety. Primary Duties: 1. Greets and rooms patients per standard. 2. Takes patients history and vital signs. 3. Prepares patients for exam. 4. Assists provider with exam/surgical procedures and diagnostic testing. 5. Maintains appropriate sterile environment for the clinical procedure or situation, adhering to the Washington State standard for transmission precautions. 6. Administers injections (intradermal, subcutaneous and intramuscular) per provider orders. Competencies: •Must utilize EMR efficiently and follow appropriate processes for entering and retrieving data from EMR. •Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing. License, Certification, Education or Experience: REQUIRED for the position: High School graduate or equivalent or applicable coursework to be applied to obtain required WA State Medical Assistant Certification. • Current WA State Medical Assistant Certification. • Current national certification through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Medical Technologist (AMT), National Healthcareer Association (NHA), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) or American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) • Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire • Proficient with medical terminology DESIRED for the position: •National certification through the American Associations of Medical Assistants (AAMA) strongly preferred. •1 year of MA experience in a medical office or healthcare setting. Caregiver Job Duties Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) Cooking and/or serving meals Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments Monitoring and reporting on their condition Additional Information Our hiring process is fast and simple! Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! Oregon only – If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings! Requirements 18 years+ Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.
