The Nurse Manager will be responsible for the units they are assigned, including accountability of staff. They will participate in the hiring process and will work with Staff Development in developing education for staff. Assists the Chief Nursing Officer with compliance to hospital policies and procedures. This position supervises various Mental Health Technicicans, LPNs, and RNs and is a safety sensitive position.
