Full Time, 7pm-7:30am, varied days to include every other weekend Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to medical patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work.
