Women's Health experience strongly preferred The Clinical Triage Specialist (CTS) - Access Center will compassionately deliver an exceptional patient experience and provide clinical support to team members by serving as a clinical resource. When appropriate, the caller’s symptoms will be assessed and triaged using approved nursing protocols and guidelines to assist in obtaining the appropriate level of care and/or self-care advice. Manages and responds to escalated electronic patient messages whenever not answering inbound patient calls and uses clinical judgment to prioritize and accommodate patients. Creates a positive patient experience at every encounter, attempting to independently resolve any issues or concerns of the patient at the time of the phone call, within the scope of the role. Consistently meets productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards as set by the Access Center. Utilizes all resources and guidelines at his/her disposal to effectively assess, prioritize, advise, schedule appointments, or refer calls when necessary to the appropriate medical facility or personnel. PRN Operating Room CST needed for multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center. Scheduling: 1-3 days per week, depending on the needs of the center. Various Monday-Friday, day shifts. JOB TITLE : Surgical Technologist (Certified) SUPERVISION RECEIVED : Physician and/or Registered Nurse GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES : Surgical technologists, also called scrubs and surgical or operating room technicians, assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel. Surgical technologists are members of operating room teams, which most commonly include surgeons, anesthesiologists, and circulating nurses. As a Surg Tech, you will be trained and scrubbed in all specialties (ophthalmology, ENT, pain management, ortho and retina). Picking cases and room turnover is expected to be done by the team. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: A graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program CST certification, or based on state regulations, they may be grandfathered in, without being certified Prefer 1-2 years clinical experience in an operating room setting. The Clinical Triage Specialist (CTS) (RN) - Access Center will compassionately deliver an exceptional patient experience and provide clinical support to CTS-MA team members by serving as a clinical resource.
