Description Countryside Health Care of Milford currently has Registered Nurse positions available on the 3-11 & 11-7 shifts. We are looking for dynamic, team-oriented Registered Nurses who enjoy working with a variety of patients to assist them with obtaining optimum function either within the LTC setting or to assist them with their successful return to home from our active Rehabilitation Unit. Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 based on experience + applicable shift differentials Sign On Bonus: LPN $2,500 | RN $2,750 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust care plans as needed. Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ overall well-being. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies. Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans. Requirements: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire.
