Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed. Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely. Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse. Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being. Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents. Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident. What You Need Active unencumbered certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in North Carolina. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
