About the Practice You will collaborate closely with Dr. Jennifer McEachron , a board-certified gynecologic oncologist dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care for women with gynecologic cancers. Dr. McEachron specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian, uterine, cervical, vulvar, and vaginal cancers, utilizing the latest evidence-based medical and surgical approaches to deliver individualized care. As part of a multidisciplinary oncology team, you will partner with physicians, nurses, genetic counselors, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and supportive care specialists to ensure seamless, high-quality care throughout each patient's cancer journey. Provide survivorship care, surveillance for recurrence, and long-term follow-up. May schedule surgeries/procedures or work in conjunction with Surgical Coordinator verifying times with patients; preparing charts, pre-admissions and consent forms as necessary. May be required to perform proficient phlebotomy duties. May perform appointment scheduling and registration for patients as well as updating patient demographic and insurance information. May maintain, adjust and confirm patient office schedule. May check and verify and update insurance information utilizing internal or web sources. May perform and verify pre-certification for procedures as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned.
