DEFINITION: The LPN is accountable for delivery of patient care in the clinic during office hours. The LPN is responsible for: practicing within the LPN scope of practice managing any assigned personnel and promoting collaboration among the disciplines. The LPN is accountable to the Physician Supervisor, Department Director, patient and family for all nursing behavior. Patient population includes: all age groups to include children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE): Authorized to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oklahoma. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: One to two years physicians office nursing experience, preferably primary care. #ZR 
DEFINITION: Implement and assist with nursing care for patients under supervision of Registered Nurse. Provides care to a population including infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. Functions within the scope of practice as defined by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE): Authorized to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oklahoma. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience, school attendance record and performance record may be considered. DEFINITION: A Licensed Practical Nurse who cares for patients who are convalescent, aged, or infirm; or when caring for acutely ill patients in a home environment does so under the direction of a Registered Nurse. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE): Authorized to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oklahoma. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Two years of medical-surgical experience preferred. May consider school attendance record and performance record. Some positions may require additional skills or credentials. Have a command of the English language; have knowledge of nursing procedures, treatment and techniques, and must know basic charting procedures. Must be CPR certified on an annual basis. Should have qualifications and abilities similar to those personnel providing comparable services in the hospital. Must have successfully completed additional theoretical and clinical education through an accredited graduate level family nurse practitioner program. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE): Must maintain current Oklahoma licensure as a registered nurse (RN) and as an advanced registered nurse practitioner (ARNP). Must maintain current certification as a family nurse practitioner through American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience as a family nurse practitioner is preferred but not limited required. DEFINITION: Provides quality patient care in the home setting utilizing the nursing process and accomplishes indirect patient/office related work in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Home Health Department. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE): Authorized to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in mental health facility, with basic knowledge.
