Manage all operational aspects of the outpatient clinic, including monitoring patient related statistics, coordinating room utilization, developing and implementing standardized procedures and practices, following all DOH. JCAHO, HIPAA AND OSHA standards. Update policies and procedures to meet changing needs of department, physicians, and patients. Perform quality improvement projects. Attend meetings and related training sessions. Provide physicians and Physician Assistants with nursing assistance as needed. Perform post-operative care/suture removal. Act as liaison and problem solver between physician, staff, and patients. Follow up on and rectify problems reported on by staff, physicians, and patients. All other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in New York State.
