This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, offering meaningful work paired with a predictable and sustainable schedule. This role is embedded within a highly collaborative team that includes RNs, social workers, a clinic manager, and behavioral health partners dedicated to integrated, compassionate care. This is not a desk job. Care is delivered through a mobile clinic, encampments, shelters, community partner sites, and during transitions from hospital to community-based care. The Role: You will provide a hybrid of primary care and behavioral health services for a highly complex and underserved population. Practice occurs at the intersection of primary care, psychiatry, and addiction medicine in a flexible, field-based environment.
